Delivery and dispatch

The following conditions apply :

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for normal household quantities, from an order value of €50.

For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs of €24.95 will be charged.

Deliveries to countries other than those selected in the checkout are only possible after prior written enquiry and confirmation with subsequent separate calculation of the shipping costs.

Delivery periods:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-7 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
